Sharon Gastelbondo

Sharon Gastelbondo has lived in Florida since early-childhood after spending a few years in Spain with her parents.  She learned the Property Management/Real Estate business early by following along as her father-built homes and invested in real estate in Florida, tagging along on tasks and fostering a passion for homes and the people who live in them. 

Helping and serving others while making meaningful connections is what gets me out of bed each day! I feel so grateful to be able to do what I love! I know that property management can be overwhelming and my goal is to alleviate some of that for my communities and my board members. I’m here to walk with you every step of the way and be your biggest advocate and cheerleader! When you work with me you can count on a genuine, caring, thorough, reliable and steady property manager. My integrity and your well-being mean everything to me!

Sharon’s associations’ benefit not only from her creative problem-solving mindset, but also from her 32 years of experience in Property Management (since August 1992) managing throughout Florida Single-Family and Condominium associations’.  She also LOVES Florida’s amazing neighborhoods...from Key West to Orlando.

When Sharon isn’t helping owners, tenants, board members and associations, you’ll find her booking a flight, grabbing her passport, and exploring the world! No matter where Sharon is, you’ll find her husband by her side, and nothing makes them happier than coming home to their 2 Children and 4 sweet dogs.
